Dear Parents and Guardians, 

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, I want to share an important update regarding our daily schedule. In response to Oklahoma's new recess law, all schools in Tuttle Public Schools will extend the school day by 10 minutes to ensure we continue meeting state instructional time requirements while providing students with the required daily recess.

Beginning this school year, the instructional day for all schools in Tuttle Public Schools will be from 8:00 a.m. to 3:20 p.m.

This adjustment allows us to maintain our current school calendar while remaining in compliance with state law. Although the change is small, it helps preserve valuable instructional time for our students without adding additional school days to the calendar.

We appreciate your understanding and partnership as we implement this change. Our priority remains providing every student with a high-quality education while meeting all state requirements.
